For this month of Mario's Minute we're just going over a few topics, but some big ones for this episode! The first being how I ended up forcing a phone upgrade early due to some negligence on my part. PS3/PSP/Vita storefronts are reportedly shutting down in July and August of this year, and although at the time of recording a straight up public statement has yet to be made, I took some time to give my thoughts over this issue in the past, present, and future of digital storefronts. Finally I also talk about a kitten rescue I've accidentally gotten myself into, and wrap everything up with a game store story.

Spooky bot filled preorder season this time around on Mario's Minute! In this episode I discuss my thoughts over the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X consoles. We gotta include the madness that was preordering these consoles, don't we? While there's been major difficulty for people trying to preorder any of these three systems, it seems like it has been even worse for anyone trying to get one of the new RTX cards! Oh, and I brought in a story from my time working at a game shop.

Going solo again for this episode of Mario's Minute! As July was a bit of a busy month for me, I spend some time talking about what's been going on recently. In the gaming world, I give my thoughts on the price hike we'll be seeing for next generation consoles with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X games retailing for $70 US Dollars. The Xbox One gets some love this episode as I ask the listeners about an issue I ran into recently while refurbishing one. Oh, and there's a dead squirrel story in here.
